Ten-ounce New York strip steak with a Cabernet reduction
 served with red smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Pretzel crusted walleye filet topped with whole-grain mustard sauce
served with fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Butternut squash ravioli with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, and scallions in Asiago cream sauce and topped with grilled chicken breast (available without chicken as a vegetarian entrée).

Each meal includes a house salad, a piece of cake, and coffee.

As always, dinner for Galena Foundation members is “dutch treat” where we pay for our own meals ($50 per person) at the door.
